Billing Date

 I am a new account holder and am wondering when I will be getting a statement? I have paid other merchants before I received a statement and the monies were not applied to the account as I wanted because I sent them before their billing period started. Thank You.

Need a bit more info - what PayPal product do you need a statement for ?
