I have had the same problem that others have mentioned. an unknown company telling me they have cancelled a non existent agreement with me. I am very concerned that PayPal may no longer be secure? please can we hear from PayPal as what you have done to address this problem

Thanks for posting in our Community. 

 

I think that you received a Phishing email. These emails are not from PayPal. If you still have the email please forward it to spoof@paypl.com so we can take further action on this. We can report email addresses, phone numbers and sites so that they get blocked. You can find more information in our 'Help centre' if you go to the 'Disputes and claims' page.

I have received this email as well. If it's just a Phishing email, then why is this company showing up in the settings of my PayPal account - under "approved payments" as "inactive". I have never entered into any sort of payment plan with this company.
