scam emails

I keep getting scam emails. Is there a way to stop these? I just got one stating that i just sent a payment to Chemicy Gaming Store. There's a shipping address in Oakland, California as well. Do I do nothing?

As the emails have nothing to do with paypal and are not sent from their website then there is nothing paypal can do about them is there.
