Remove an app

on the main user page, under the "Security" tab (I think it is), there is the section for "Permissions I've Given", it list all the 3rd party apps that you've given permission to access your account. There is also a button to "Remove App". I removed two apps, but when I clicked removed on the third one, it said "Something went wrong please try again", and had another "Remove" button under that, so I clicked that button, that same page reloaded. "Something went wrong please try again later". So I started clicking the "Back" button, and nothing happened, I had to reload the browser page in order to get out of the never ending loop. Is there something I can do to fix this, or should I just forget removing the app.

I actually don't even remember what the app is for, it's probably been on my account for 5 or 6 years lol. The description says, it has access to some of my profile information, so I figure it was just to verify identity or something similar.

Thanks for the help
