I am about to purchase a puppy from an online breeder on Monday. I am paying this person through PayPal. Does anyone know if this protects me from a scam? If the puppy does not arrive? Or arrives but does not appear to be the cute beautifully marked one that I chose from the site? What are my rights on PayPal?
