Somehow I am getting messages in my PayPal app's message center that are clearly meant for other people. Customer service hung up on me when I called just now, after I asked to speak to a supervisor when he told me that all I can do is mail a screenshot of the message to spoof@paypal.com. An impossible task by the way since the app disables my ability to make screenshots. I'm not even 100% sure that he understood I wasn't talking about my personal email account, despite stating several times that it was happening inside PayPal's own app. I find it highly unsettling that these supposedly "secure" messages can end up in different accounts, and customer service has no clue how to respond to the problem. Is there a better way to bring this issue to PayPal's attention?
