Paypal fees deduction currency conversion rates

Hi, I received an amount of USD 5333 and charged USD 277.24 as fees. Can anyone explain this fees structure ? Also explain currency conversion fees from USD to INR while this amount withdraws from paypal to bank account. THANKS & REGARDS
