Paypal Gift Card

Hi Everyone,

I sent a £20.00 gift card to my brother via his email. Unfortunately he gave me the wrong email. The coronavirus outbreak is making this very difficult to resolve as I can't speak to anyone. Can someone help me out please?

I either want to resend the gift card to the correct email or cancel and start again.

Yes I have a similar issue but instead I spent a £15 gift card to my cousin for his Birthday via his email. He then told me it was the wrong email that he gave me. I'm trying to get my money back too before anyone could get there hands on that gift card. I don't know how to approach Paypal. They might put the weight on my shoulders even though they have control over money going in and out of accounts. When I get the chance I will contact Paypal and see what they can do. I'm not going to throw away £15 like that. It's like throwing away roughly 2 hours of working a decent job.
