I received an offer in the mail for a PP Business Debit card. It says I can go online if I don't want the debit card. When I go to the website they say to, PayPal.com/NoThanks, I get all kinds of choices. Isn't there an easier way to stop it? Thanks!
Hi @TheRealLaura Thank you for communicating with us. If you are not interested in keeping the PayPal Business Debit Card, you can visit PayPal.com/nothanks and click ‘Don’t send a Debit Card’. If the card was already shipped, you can close it within your PayPal account by clicking the card under your balance and selecting ‘Close Card’. Hope this helps.
