Merchant Fees in Ireland

I've checked the help centre to try and find a guide on how much PayPal is going to charge me in fees for customers making small payments like say €20-25, but the help just says to click the link to Fees on the bottom of any page on PayPal. I'm using an android app atm, and I can't find any such link.
