Is this a scam email

I recieved multiple emails from <removed> The money isn’t showing held in my PayPal account, please help don’t want to send £560 to someone who is trying to scam me

Final one, I have spoke to PayPal on the chat and they have said they are fake Dear Bethany Cox, Your Payment was sent through our delivery into your PayPal account and the Payment will be delivered into your account once you sort the refunding ,You only have a few hours to refund the balance to the buyer so we won't stop the transfer of the payment in transit into your PayPal account. We have just contacted the buyer to select the preferred method to have the money back. The buyer confirmed that you are requested to use the balance of £560.00 GBP to get AMAZON GIFT CARD and send them to him Note; you must buy the AMAZON GIFT CARD with immediate effect unless your money will not release into your account . Both 100% SCAMS.

No funds in balance = not been paid, even if pending it would show in your balance.

Paypal does not tell you to email them tracking or send tracking that is up to you.

Lastly paypal does not tell you to send gift cards for anything account related, especially from rival companies !!!
