I haven't received my payment.

My friend sent me some money today and it hasn't come through. I thought it was because I didn't confirm my email, so I did, and it's still not there. I don't know what to do now.

Double check the email address that they sent the payment to and check its correct without any spelling mistakes.

 

Then ask them what it says next to the transaction in their account.

 

1. Unclaimed.

2. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

3. Completed.
