I have a problem that someone abused my paypal account and paid GBP 1800.

Hi all

On yesterday, I've got a text message that someone paid GBP 1800 on Currys PC worlds (in UK) with my paypal account.

As I live in S. Korea, so I didn't use that site and didn't make the transactions as well.

Then I acknowledged my account was breached, so I changed my paypal account password changed immediately and set 2 step verification as well.

However, when I see the abused transaction, its status is Pending, but it was also marked as authorization.

Please see the image below.

As it was in authorization, I can't report this as abused transaction to paypal now.

So, in this situation, how should I report this to Paypal? It was clearly hacked transaction and should be refunded.

Please kindly advise for me.

contact the seller / cancel the order / then they won't capture the authorisation.
