Hello Some one give me 27$ to i give him things After he send to me money he contacted with paypal and told him im steal his product and idk what else !! After that he take 27$ and i got -11$ in my account And i got mail say : Intangible goods or services are not covered under Seller Protection. In addition, you have been debited a 10,00 $ USD chargeback fee. Can u help me what can i do !! Please
Nothing you can do, you had a chargeback and as such you ended up having to refund and got charged the card companies fee.
Normally paypal would reimburse you under seller protection but there is no seller protection for virtual / digital items, you can sell them but at your own risk.........you lost out sadly.
