I received an email today from collections pp address stating that they are collecting a $400+ balance from me that i owe PayPal? - Its addressed to my old PayPal account email and my home address from 2 years ago?
Anyone else receive this ?- i haven't even used PayPal for 2 years now - Hoping its just fraud that i can delete , but don't want to delete until i know for sure
