I am a small business and get paid through paypal, but for example if someone sends me 420.00, i only get 407.00? Why is that?

Your paypal fee is deducted from your buyers payment before the remainder is credited to your paypal balance.

This is unlike companies like Ebay that invoice you on a monthly basis.

Its against paypal rules to surcharge a buyer your paypal fee.

This is the firs time that I saw that there are fees for sending invoices.

I just really started to use Pay Pal for regular services
