Can't find the "Add Funds" button

I don't have an "add funds" button under my PayPal balance, tried on the mobile version and online.

I live in New Zealand

It only gives me the option to transfer money out of my PayPal account into my bank account, I'm looking to add money into it though

Have you linked and confirmed a bank account to your paypal account? 

Not a debit card, but your bank account?

I've added my bank account how do I check if it's "Confirmed"

did you confirm it by adding the 4 digit code that would have been sent to your bank account statement when you added the bank account?

Yup I did that, i also have my cards verified and I'm banking with ANZ if that changes anything
