Hi, I am looking to buy a target rifle stock from a private seller, and want to know if this will be covered by Paypal’s Buyer protection, as it is not clear what comes under the prohibited ‘certain firearms parts and accessories’. It is basically just a plastic and aluminium stock, which anyone is legally free to buy/sell, so I can’t see why it would be prohibited (I can fully appreciate why actual firearms, pressure-bearing parts, or even initations are not covered).
