unclaimed payment

i need to cancel an unclaimed payment,but after clicking cancel the next page has NO option shown for a yes/no to enable me to cancel the payment.

Try clearing browser cache/cookies and restart device and try again. Maybe even trying a different wifi/data connection as the signal might be bad or weak and won't properly load a page and then try again. Also note that unclaimed funds are returned automatically after 30 days.
