I live on the Isle of Man. Although the postcode is the UK and the phone codes for landline and mobiles are uk numbers and a call from abroad requires a +44 prefix, I am unable to receive text messaged verification codes from Paypal. My phone service provider on the isle of man says it is not their system at fault. Paypal also say it is not their problem either ! Does anyone have a solution ?
