submit a suspicious-fraudlent email for evaluation

I received a suspicious/fraudulent email and would like to forward it to PayPal for evaluation.  Does anybody know what the PayPal email address is for receiving ?

I've tried to sent the suspicious email different ways, as an attachment and in the message box,

to spoof@paypal.com but all I get is an error notice and it would not send.  I tested my email and it is working OK
