I need to create 12 shipping labels today but keep getting error code 50023 and / or 50001. I have a valid credit card linked to my account and there is 10 times more than enough in my balance to pay for the labels. any idea why I'm getting these errors?
Please log out your account. Clear cache and cookies, reboot device and do it again. If that will not work, use a different device. You can also contact customer support if the troubleshooting process failed. Hope this helps!
