scam or not???

hi

i got the attached text earlier today - i have no email from paypal and there is no message on my account pages or anything to confirm what this text is saying and all my payments have gone through from my bank account - when i clicked the link it took me to what looked like a very legitimate paypal login 1st step however i didn't go any further until i looked at my account etc

can anyone confirm whether this is  legit or should i ignore&delete??? many thanks for reading this, shirley :))))
