paypal account under 18

I need PayPal to run my business but i'm not of age. So can i get one of my parents to create an account with their name but i run it?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community Help Forum!

According to our PayPal User Agreement, you must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a PayPal account. Once you've turned 18, you should be able to create a new PayPal account using a new email address. If you'd like more information about our policies, please read our User Agreement. Click 'Legal Agreements' at the bottom of any PayPal page, and then click 'User Agreement for PayPal Service'. The account must be handled and created from the same person.
