opening a joint account with an existing account

Hello, If I already have a personal Paypal account can open another joint account. In order to share the cost of a project.

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

If you open a business account then there are some options to 'add users' but if you are not a business then its best not to open a business account.  

You could consider a money pool?
