no one answers me on paypal message chat

I try to contact PayPal by message on chat but no one answers me, it's been 3 weeks now sending a message without getting any reply. I don't know how PayPal helps people without answering their messages. can anyone told me what should I do. Thank you. Kind regards.

You could have asked your question on here and we may have been able to help (if you said which country you were in), however........

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
