money sent to state?

i have two paypal accounts...one i use for savings, i never log into it. ive have read if dont log into your paypal account for two-three years the money will be sent to state? but what if im actively sending money to the account without logging in, will the money still be sent to the state?

Be careful, you are only allowed 2 paypal accounts as long as 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.

If you have 2 of the same type you risk them all being limited and you banned !!!!

If they are limited all your funds would be frozen for 180 days.

I think paypal close inactive accounts but unlikely if there are funds in there but you would have to double check with customer services on that one.

well I talked to 4 different PayPal representatives and they all said it was okay to have two different personal accounts as long as the emails are different
