i have two paypal accounts...one i use for savings, i never log into it. ive have read if dont log into your paypal account for two-three years the money will be sent to state? but what if im actively sending money to the account without logging in, will the money still be sent to the state? ... This might sound weird but its a desperate attempt to save money. i have to paypal accounts and want to use one as the savings my self control sucks though so im taking one papal account changing my number listed on there changing my security questions and changing my passwords to nonsense that i wont be able to mess with my saving. i did the same with the gmail associated with the account  a year from now will i be able to get into the account again without access to the email, phone number , password or security questions?  ...
