Can I merge my 2 accounts

Sadly not as if you have 2 paypal accounts then 1 would be personal and the other would be business as that is all that is allowed so you can't merge a business and personal accounts.

However you can close x1 account and then add that email address to the other account.

You can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account.
