item was not threaded so i cant use this, they want to ship it to China but it can from Mass.

Thanks for your help , the item is a filter that is threaded with 1/2-28 threads on one end. It is marked but has not beed cut. i sent photos of this to the shipper and dosnt acknowledge the mistake. they will give me a refund but they want me to ship it to China but the return address is in Massachusetts.

Why should i have to pay for return postage.

I’m having a sort of similar problem. I have to ship 6 items to China and I ordered them from Washington DC. How does that work? I’d like to hear what answer you get
