Hi,i get payments from ebay in usd and then convert in euro.Why when i get for example a payment of 160usd i get only about 134euro when the worlwide currency today is 1usd=0,91euro so normally i should get about 175euro?

No company uses the exact 'rate to rate' currency exchange rate, they are providing you with the service of exchanging that currency for you so you pay a fee in the form of a lower exchange rate.
Same as if you buy currency for going abroad, you would not get the google 'rate to rate' amount, you would get the amount that gives that company a fee for providing the currency.
Advice is voluntary.
