just wonder  whether you expierenced  those   incredible    disadvantagous rates...

in my case

i  bought   via  ebay    and  it was  in   adlrs       then  converted   to  pay  in SGD      a usual standard  OFFICIAL rate 

was    1.03  eg  adlrs/SGD     b u t   i  was   charged   at  1.12    thats  an  disadvantage of  almost  9 pct

even on larger  amounts .

??? how  fair  is  that  ???  signed  erhard/pensioner  Australai
