cms.paypal.com’s server IP address could not be found.

When I log in last 2 days, I am informed that I must RESOLVE something in my account. Fine! When I click the RESOLVE button I must AGREE to Pay Pal's terms of service. Fine! The problem occurs when I click to read said terms of service, and I get this message <Removed> server IP address could not be found.". 

Waddya think?

Please assure me PayPal that this is not a security issue. I don't take any chances on line. Especially with monetary issues. Why was this not resolved immediately?
