I’m not sure how to withdrawal funds from my account instantly without withdrawaling to my bank account can I get a paypal card from countdown and withdrawal my money of the card someone helpppp

You can only withdrawal to local bank account or US bank account in New Zealand, no card withdrawal. PayPal does not offer PayPal debit cards in NZ, only US and UK.
