Will PayPal work with the Opera browser after 6/30?

I like Opera because it does not track you and therefore, my information is less susceptible to hacking.  We are advised to upgrade/update our browsers to TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 by 6/30, but the browser information does not include Opera.  Will PayPal no longer work with Opera after 6/30? I can't find anyplace on PayPal for a technical question contact.

Supported browsers

Express Checkout supports these browsers:

• Internet Explorer version 9 and later
• Chrome version 27 and later
• Firefox version 30 and later
• Safari version 5.1 and later
• Opera version 23 and later
