I received $25.00 after requesting it from someone, notifications even said john <Removed> sent you $25.00 and had +$25.00 on account activity but after after i accepted the money for some reason it only says +$23.97 now not $25.00, i am still new to paypal and learning, can anyone tell me if they know why i lost $1.03 that was sent to me???
Ok, i kinda figured that was probably the reason but then i got more confused when later i requested $4.10 from same person they paid me andbi accepted it and i didn't lose anything off of that amount it stayed at $4.10 lol do the fees only apply if its above a certain amount, just curious?
