Why are my Paypal fees so high? Fee of: $17.07 for transaction of $152.35?

Like the tittle says, all my transaction fees are high.  I just started selling on ebay again and here are the only three transactions I have so far:

 

$449.00 Transaction... and the fee is $11.26

$152.35 Transaction... and the fee is 17.07

$105.00 Transaction... and the fee is $4.92
