I'm sorry to hear that you can't open your messages in the Message Center. Please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and restart it. If the problem persists after that, please reach out to customer service via one of the other channels to report the issue and for assistance with the original question.

Hi I'm having the same issue. I've reinstalled app, deleted all cached data ect on browser but still can't open and read messages. I have an active case that I need a resolution on, as seller took my money and sent nothing. Today was their last day to respond. I've had a message from PayPal which I'm hoping is confirming my refund but obviously can't open and read the message. Thanks
