Where is PayPal support ?

PayPal is basically non-existent at this point. They have been limiting accounts hard this week and not providing ANY support to their customers, Ive had my account limited and now my stimulus is being held by PayPal. This is unfair business practices and probably illegal.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

It’s been 5 days and i have already emailed them, talked on twitter and no one has emailed me back or resolved my issue.

Paypal will reply to your message eventually but as they have no phone option at the moment everyone is messaging them.

Trouble is everyone keeps messaging them over and over so they are inundated with the same messages multiple times, delaying everyones chance of a response.

You just have to wait it out unfortunately, I can only give you the contact options, sadly not a lot I can do about it if they don't quickly respond.
