Hi I just received a sketchy looking email from <edited> and was wondering if that was an official email address used by pp? The title/subject reads “Re: [validity Monday [annual limit] Note - The resolution PayPal center {a bunch of numbers here} Date: mon, may 4, 2020 [FWD]” . It has a pdf file attached that essentially says I need to verify the validity of my account within 24 hours or I’ll be restricted further. It also has a bright blue button that says “verify”.
I usually chop this kind of emails as being a scam but I’ve been having some issues with my PayPal lately (was having trouble purchasing a shipping label a couple days ago) so I figured I’d ask.
