Hi, I have never had $$ sent to me via Pay Pal so I had no idea just where it goes. I thought it went directly into the recipients Bank Account but I think I'm wrong . . Can you help me understand.
Funds go from one paypal account to another paypal account via the sellers funding source.
Then the recipient can withdraw those funds to their bank accounts when they want to by clicking on transfer below that balance and sending it to their bank account.
