When trying to create security questions I get "please try again" when I hit save. I tried to email support but their topic list doesn't have anything related to security, so I picked phone number issues and got a generic reply that stated to reply to it to get a customer support rep to respond. When I tried to reply I got a message about an unknown error occurred. I see many people have the same problem with no response or fix. Seems like PayPal is as good as ever.

One option is to clear your browser's cookies, cache, history, etc., then close the browser, reopen it and log back into your account to try again. As old cookies and temp files can sometimes cause unexpected results - no guarantee you'll have success however, this tip has helped a few folks in the past.

Apparently it's just Firefox, or the version I'm using, contrary to PayPal's info which says anything above 49 is compatible. Chrome works ok.
