What Paypal fees apply to donations made to New Zealand based registered charities?

Hi, I need help please clarifying the rates that apply to an approved New Zealand based registered charity to receive donations through paypal.

I have found one source that says it's 3.4% + NZ$0.40 (https://www.paypal.com/nz/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees)

But then another that says 3.7% + NZ$0.45 (https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/merchant-fees).

Can anyone help please? Thanks
