Weird email from PayPal

Hi! I just received a SMS from PayPal (62 226 phone number) where it says “ Hi, it’s Paypal! We declined a £ 69.99 payment. To confirm it’s you , Text 1 and retry. Not you? Text 2 . Msg & data rates applied.” The SMS has been followed by an email from PayPal, they say that I have submitted an order in the amount of £69.99 from Sportsdirect(dot)com. They are 2 x Puma Baseball Collar Tracksuit Men’s . The problem is that I would never wear something like that as I am not a sporty guy and second, I’ve never ordered anything from Sportsdirect. Could you please tell me what happened with my PayPal Account. I tried to remove my bank account from my PP account but didn’t work. It says that there’s one translation in progress. Has someone uses my PP account to ordered that? Also the delivery address is somewhere in Clapton, UK. I’ve never lived there!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

I tried to contact them on Facebook but looks like there’s an automatic robot who keeps asking the same questions. I thought I will find a real person there who can help me with my problem!
