Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to use Paypal as protection as a buyer of goods for e-commerce purchases. I'am in the process of placing an order in India with a new supplier for goods I am going to on sell on my own website. Can I use PayPal as an assurance system? Does PayPal take into consideration a purchase order agreement? If the product doesn't meet my purchase order agreement with the supplier will PayPal offer me a full refund?
If anyone can tell me if PayPal offers this sort of protection that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
