Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to use Paypal as protection as a buyer of goods for e-commerce purchases. I'am in the process of placing an order in India with a new supplier for goods I am going to on sell on my own website. Can I use PayPal as an assurance system? Does PayPal take into consideration a purchase order agreement? If the product doesn't meet my purchase order agreement with the supplier will PayPal offer me a full refund? If anyone can tell me if PayPal offers this sort of protection that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
