Unable to provide more info in resolution center.

I tried to provide more information in the resolution center on the "respond" pop up button, but it keeps saying "Let's try that again, looks like something went wrong on our end." Can someone help me understand/solve this issue?

I am having the same issue.  Tried different browser, and I'm still getting the message.  I don't want to miss my deadline to respond and have my case closed!

I am also worried about my deadline. But I think the issue should be resolved in the next day or so, hopefully.
