I have attempted to contact customer service 3 different times with wait times over an hour. How is I am to do business with Elon Musk's PayPal when there is no one to get a hold of? I get he wants to go to Mars...but he better consider what is on Earth first. Anyone have a phone number I may utilize that I can get a human being on the phone? I am considering taking my business else where.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
You may have a 4+ hour wait especially at the weekend.
