Dear users specially in germany, it happend that i transfered has 10 euros to a friend or colleague and he recieved the mone 9, 40 euros with 0,6 fee. I have no idea what is this fee for, does it mean that each transfer costs like this? Thank u
Its down to how the payment was SENT from your account.
1. If you sent using money > goods / services option then paypal would see them as a seller charge a fee.
2. If you had sent using the send money > family / friends option then they would have had the payment with no fee. (However that option is not available in every country).
