Hi I am new to the community and would like to ask advice on a text message I’ve just received telling me that my PayPal account has been blocked and it will be deleted if I do not confirm my identity. I suspect it a con but what shall I do ?

Log in normally to your paypal account and NOT via any link in that text / email.

If there is no message on your paypal account then you are fine.
